How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking on the Sign Up located on the top right hand side or on the Sign Up Now link located on the left hand side

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

These things happen to us all the time! All you have to do is select Login and click on ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts. A link will be emailed to you to allow you to reset your password. It’s that easy!

How do I reset my password

You can change your password from the Account Settings page and clicking on Change my password link.  Your Account Settings are located in the drop down menu underneath your login profile.

How do I login?

You can login by clicking on the Login link located on the top right hand side.

How do I add items to my Wishlist?

You can add items to your Wishlist by clicking on the heart icon located on the image from the Product page. You will need to be logged in to be able to use this feature.

How do I follow reviews?

Navigate to a review on the product page and click on the Subscribe icon to receive updates on reviews. You will need to be logged in to be able to use this feature.

How do I ask a question about a bag?

Every product page has a Question & Answers (Q&A) section. Feel free to ask any question about a bag.

How do I follow answers provided to questions?

When you are on a product page, under the reviews / Q&A , you will find the letter emoji: ✉️ , all you have to do is click on this to follow the thread and you will be notified on any updates/discussions/comments related to thread. You also have the option to unsubscribe from these email updates at anytime. You will be prompted to login to your account in order to follow a thread. If you do not already have an account, then you can simply sign up – this is really quick and easy and will only take a few minutes. By signing up to an account you will have access to exclusive content , write reviews , engage in chat and discuss all things luxury.

How do I upload a photo or video?

When writing a review on the product page, click on 📷 and you will be able to upload an image as part of your review. Make sure you click ‘Save review’ before completing your review.

How do I change my profile photo?

You can change your profile photo from the My Account page. Your My Account Settings are located in the drop down menu underneath your login profile.

How do I see the reviews or questions I've made?

You can view your review history and questions / answers via the Account Settings page. Your Account Settings are located in the drop down menu underneath your login profile.

I can’t find my favourite bag on The Luxaholic – what can I do?

There are some users that are saying inappropriate things in reviews / Q&A section – how do I report this?

Thank you for letting us know and helping keep The Luxaholic a fun a safe environment for fellow Luxaholics to share in their love for all things luxury. At each review or Q&A, you will find a ‘flag’ icon that looks like this: 🚩that you can press to inform the admin team. If you have noticed anything that appears to be unethical, or simply unfriendly commentary that is not in line with our values of honesty, respect, we will either delete, remove or even block users that are not using The Luxaholic for the right reasons and treating fellow users with respect. We do not support any form of bullying or discrimination.

How do I close my account?

Please contact The Luxaholic team via info@theluxaholic.com to close your account.  We will need your username and email address in order to close your account.
